Clover Employee Cards
Set up your employees to clock in with a swipe card by using Clover Employee Cards.
Log in to your Clover Station by swiping Clover Employee Cards instead of entering a passcode.
This gives your Clover Station added security and lets employees log in without a passcode.
You can use this feature if you are on the Register Lite or Register Plan. This feature will be available for Clover Mini, Clover Mobile, and the Clover Flex in a future update.
You can assign employee cards to individual employees when editing employee information in the Employees app on your Clover Station. Tap ADD EMPLOYEE CARD and then swipe the card to assign it to the employee being edited.
You can call Clover Support to order employee cards. (855) 853-8340. Requests to order will start being accepted on September 1, 2017. Make sure that this feature is available for you before calling to request employee cards. You can tell if you have the feature by going to the Employees app, tapping an employee, and seeing if the Employee Cards section is present.
